These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between you (the “Client” or “User”) and Wunsupona, LLC (“Wunsupona,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you’re agreeing to these Terms.
We’ve tried to keep things clear and approachable, just like our wellbeing experiences. If anything here feels a bit murky, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
What We Offer
Wunsupona provides engaging, science-backed wellbeing experiences, including but not limited to, virtual and onsite educational seminars, fitness classes, cooking demonstrations, individual coaching sessions, and structured wellbeing programs (“Services”). Our goal is to inspire curiosity and foster personal growth through creative, story-led, and immersive content. We detail our current offerings on our website, and specific program details will be outlined in separate proposals or agreements.
Playing Fair
To ensure a positive and productive experience for everyone, we ask that you uphold a few simple responsibilities:
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when engaging with our services, especially for bookings and payments.
- Respectful Conduct: You agree to participate in our sessions and interact with our team and other participants in a respectful, constructive, and professional manner. Any behavior that is disruptive, abusive, or harmful is not welcome.
- Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations in connection with your use of our Services.
- Account Security: If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Our Rights
- Our Content: You may use our content (e.g., session materials, presentations) solely for the purpose of participating in the Services you have purchased. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of our content without our express written permission is prohibited.
- Your Content: If you share any content (e.g., feedback, testimonials, creative submissions) with us, you grant Wunsupona a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute that content in connection with our Services and marketing efforts. We love sharing success stories, but we’ll always be respectful and seek specific permission for identifiable testimonials.
Understanding Payments
When it comes to payments, we like to keep things clear and organized:
- Fees: Fees for our Services will be clearly outlined in your service agreement, proposal, or booking confirmation.
- Payment Terms: Payment terms (e.g., due dates, accepted methods) will also be specified in your agreement. We typically invoice once the job is done and everyone is smiling!
- Cancellations & Refunds: Our cancellation and refund policies are designed to be fair to both parties. Specific terms will be detailed in your service agreement. Generally, adequate notice is required for cancellations to avoid charges.

Things We Can't Promise (and What We Can)
We strive to provide truly exceptional experiences, but it’s important to set realistic expectations:
- “As Is” Basis: Our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
- No Medical Advice: Our Services offer general wellbeing information and support. They are NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
- Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wunsupona, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.
We promise to bring our best, most engaging, and science-backed efforts to every session.
When Things Come to an End
We hope our journey together is a long and happy one! However, either you or Wunsupona, LLC may terminate this agreement under certain circumstances:
- By You: You may stop using our Services at any time, subject to any specific cancellation terms outlined in your service agreement.
- By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we decide to discontinue the Services (with appropriate notice, of course).
Upon termination, certain provisions (like intellectual property, disclaimers, and governing law) will continue to apply.
Which Laws We Fall Under
These Terms, and any disputes arising from them or your use of our Services, will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. We believe in resolving any differences with clarity and fairness.
When These Terms Might Change
As Wunsupona grows and adapts, so too might these Terms. We reserve the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we’ll post the updated Terms on this page and revise the “Effective Date.” For significant changes, we’ll do our best to provide you with reasonable advance notice. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend you review them periodically to stay in the loop!
